This website also uses multimedia presentations in Windows Media and QuickTime formats to give the site's viewers information about Pharmanex®, Pharmanex® BioPhotonic Scanner, and LifePak® Nutritional Supplements. Some users of this site may need to update their multimedia viewers to view the videos, or listen to the audio presentations on this website. In addition, Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows, versions 5.5 SP2 and 6.x no longer support Netscape-style plug-ins, such as the plug-in installed as part of QuickTime 5.0.2 and earlier versions. Consequently, Windows customers using these versions of Internet Explorer may be unable to view QuickTime content in the browser. Mac users and Netscape users are apparently unaffected. To restore compatibility, Apple (QuickTime) has provided an ActiveX control. Please visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/qtcheck/ where you will be prompted to download and install this control if you do not already have it. Or download the entire QuickTime multimedia package from the 3rd link in the list posted just below.

This can sometimes occur when QuickTime is installed after Windows Media Player. In the unlikely event that this has happened on your system, you will have to go into the preferences, and applications menu in Netscape/Mozilla, where you'll add in new file types to reflect the application needed (Windows Media Player) to open and display WMA and WMV files. Click the link of your version of Netscape/Mozilla below:
